The Fascination of “AbloomTea”
Creano’s AbloomTea presents the connoisseur with a unique experience: Within the sphere there is an elaborately bound exotic flower. The sphere’s secret, however, will only be unfolded, when it comes in contact with boiling water. It then begins to open slowly and at the end of the infusion ceremony produces the embedded flower which rises from the sphere in splendid form and colour.
White Tea – spring harvest
The AbloomTea is made from fine White Tea (Bai Hao Yin Zhen, Silver Needle) from the high mountainous regions of China’s Fujian province. The tea carries its name because only the buds with the protective silvery down are used for the manufacturing process. The buds of the leaves in a long and rolled form glimmer in a silvery white and protect the unopened leaf. Therefore it can retain its valuable nutrients.
The popular “first picking” of the White Tea is the most exclusive harvest of the year. It is collected during the beginning of the spring season and is remarkable in its quality and taste.
Experiencing the Taste
The taste of White Tea is light and sweet with an unmistakable fruity aroma. The different elaborately bound flowers of the AbloomTea add to the tea a further individual taste.
How to Prepare the Tea
Step 1: Boil water (aapr. 500ml) and pour it immediately into the glass carafe. Please note: Contrary to Green Tea it is necessary to use boiling water to ensure the full opening of the AbloomTea Spheres.
Step 2: Put the AbloomTea Sphere gently into the water and be amazed.
Step 3: Follow the instructions regarding the recommended time of infusion. 2 to 3 infusions, varying in taste, are possible.
